• 50g/meter for small to medium moldings on new or straight walls

• 200g/meter for large moldings on damaged or uneven walls
Recommended SILTECH 800 cornice adhesive 50g/meter One 310m l cartridge of adhesive should do 6.5 meters of cornicing. Allow
5-10% for wastage. SILTECH 800 cornice adhesive can be used as a primer when mixed with water. To achieve the strong and durable
adhesion, check that the surfaces to be stuck together are free from oil, grease, moisture and loose dust. It is recommended to use a
cleaning Solvent (it is important to first test the compatibility of the solvent with the substrate being cleaned, test on a
small/unnoticeable area) to clean surfaces before applying the SILTECH 800 cornice adhesive. Apply SILTECH 800 cornice adhesive to
the polystyrene cornice using a wide putty knife or suitable tool along the full length of the surface to be stuck down. Carefully position
the treated cornice against the prepared surface and apply a steady gentle pressure so as not to dent the polystyrene cornice and to
allow the excess SILTECH 800 cornice adhesive to squeeze out. Wipe off excess material with a soft damp sponge or cloth and allow
setting and final curing. Tools and hands can be washed with regular soap and water to clean.
